About the position

The position involves overseeing the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) team, focusing on the design, development, and implementation of MES solutions. The role requires hands-on involvement with machinery and collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scopes. Additionally, the position entails managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) team.
• Be hands-on with machinery.
• Design, develop, and implement MES solutions.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Manage the development, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of MES applications.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in MES development.
• Experience with PSI Q3MET or QMO MES with ERP systems (Oracle EBS) and process control systems (L2).
• Familiarity with machine learning and AI.
• Agile experience.
