The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating, managing, and optimizing Meta advertising lead campaigns. This role involves a variety of responsibilities including targeting, A/B testing, CRM integrations, and ad content creation, all aimed at ensuring successful ad performance and lead generation. In this position, you will develop, implement, and manage Meta advertising campaigns, conducting thorough audience research to maximize ad reach and performance. You will perform A/B testing to determine the most effective ad creatives and strategies, and integrate advertising campaigns with our proprietary SAAS CRM to streamline lead management. Creating compelling and engaging ad content that aligns with our brand and objectives is crucial, as is monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance to make data-driven adjustments as needed. Collaboration with the marketing team to align advertising efforts with overall marketing strategies is also a key aspect of this role. Staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in Meta advertising and digital marketing will be essential for success in this position.
