About the position

The Meta Brand Ambassador role is a part-time, seasonal position focused on engaging with retail customers to promote and sell Meta's innovative AR and VR products. The ambassador will work primarily on weekends, providing product demonstrations, building customer relationships, and driving sales while ensuring a positive shopping experience. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about technology and customer service, looking for flexible weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and demonstrate Meta's AR/VR products.
• Build trust and drive sales by understanding customer needs.
• Represent Meta and 2020 Companies with professionalism.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain clean and organized Meta displays.
• Partner with retail sales associates and leaders to foster a positive environment.
• Track customer interactions and sales electronically.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing preferred.
• Interest in AV and VR products is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift approximately 20 lbs occasionally.
