About the position

The Meta Brand Ambassador role at 2020 Companies involves engaging with retail customers to promote and sell Meta's AR and VR products. This part-time, seasonal position is designed for individuals who are passionate about technology and enjoy connecting with people. The role requires working primarily on weekends, with additional shifts during peak shopping periods, and includes comprehensive training provided by the company.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and demonstrate Meta's latest products, including AR/VR headsets and accessories.
• Build trust with customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable Meta products.
• Maintain clean and organized displays of Meta products to effectively showcase promotions.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team success.
• Collaborate with retail associates and leaders to foster a positive work environment.
• Track customer interactions and sales electronically, submitting daily reports using a mobile device.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing preferred.
• Strong interest in AV and VR products is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to engage customers and confidently ask for sales.
