About the position

2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is seeking enthusiastic part-time seasonal Brand Ambassadors to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and enjoy connecting with people. As a Brand Ambassador, you will work closely with retail shoppers to recommend the latest Meta products, including AR and VR technology, ensuring customers have an interactive and informative shopping experience. You will be the go-to person for customers seeking information about Meta's offerings, helping them discover how these products can enhance their lives. All necessary training will be provided, allowing you to confidently engage with customers and demonstrate the products effectively. In this role, you will be responsible for showcasing Meta's innovative gadgets, building trust with customers, and driving sales by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products. You will represent both Meta and 2020 Companies with professionalism, fostering positive relationships with customers and store staff. Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets will be a key part of your responsibilities, along with maintaining the visual appeal of Meta displays in the store. You will also be expected to track customer interactions and sales electronically, submitting daily reports using your mobile device. This position requires a commitment to working weekends, as the schedule is primarily Saturday and Sunday shifts, with additional weekday shifts during high-traffic periods in November and December. Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and demonstrate Meta's AR/VR products.
• Build trust with customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.
• Represent Meta and 2020 Companies professionally and positively.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team success.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of Meta displays in the store.
• Track customer interactions and sales electronically, submitting daily reports.
• Collaborate with retail sales associates and leaders to create a positive work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing preferred.
• Interest in AV and VR products is a plus.
• Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Availability to work weekends and three one-time weekday shifts required.
• Own a smartphone and reliable transportation.
