About the position

2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is seeking enthusiastic part-time seasonal Brand Ambassadors to join our team at Best Buy in Schaumburg, IL. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and enjoy connecting with people. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for engaging with retail shoppers, showcasing Meta's innovative AR and VR products, and ensuring customers have an informative and enjoyable shopping experience. You will receive comprehensive training on Meta's products, allowing you to confidently recommend the best options to meet customer needs. In this dynamic position, you will work primarily on weekends, with a schedule that includes Saturday and Sunday shifts, totaling 10 hours each weekend. During the holiday season, additional shifts will be available to accommodate increased customer traffic. Your role will involve demonstrating Meta's latest gadgets, building trust with customers, and driving sales by meeting or exceeding monthly targets. You will also maintain the visual appeal of Meta displays and collaborate with retail staff to create a positive shopping environment. Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and demonstrate Meta's AR and VR products.
• Build trust by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
• Represent Meta and 2020 Companies with professionalism and a welcoming approach.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team success.
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing Meta displays.
• Partner with retail sales associates and leaders to foster a positive work environment.
• Track customer interactions and sales electronically using a mobile device.
• Submit daily reports on customer interactions and feedback.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing preferred.
• Interest in AV and VR products is a plus.
• Ability to engage customers and ask for the sale.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.
