About the position

The Meta Brand Ambassador role is a part-time, seasonal position focused on engaging with retail customers to promote and sell Meta's innovative AR and VR products. The ambassador will work primarily on weekends, providing product demonstrations and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about technology and customer service, offering opportunities for advancement and a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and demonstrate Meta's latest products, including AR/VR headsets and accessories.
• Build trust with customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable Meta products.
• Maintain clean and organized displays of Meta products in the retail environment.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team success.
• Collaborate with retail sales associates and leaders to foster a positive work environment.
• Track customer interactions and sales electronically, submitting daily reports using a mobile device.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A minimum of 6 months experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale.
• Impeccable integrity and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.

Nice-to-haves

• An interest in AV and VR products is a plus.
