Responsibilities

• Engage customers and demonstrate Meta's products, showcasing their benefits and features.
• Build trust with customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable Meta products.
• Maintain clean and organized displays of Meta products in the retail environment.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team success.
• Collaborate with retail sales associates and leaders to enhance the customer experience.
• Track customer interactions and sales electronically, submitting daily reports using a mobile device.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing preferred.
• Strong interest in AV and VR products is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to engage customers and ask for the sale effectively.
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.

• Experience in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20lbs occasionally.
