The part-time seasonal Brand Ambassador role at 2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, involves engaging with retail shoppers to promote and recommend Meta's AR and VR products. The role requires working primarily on weekends, with additional shifts during the holiday season, and offers comprehensive training to ensure success in providing an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and demonstrate Meta's latest products, including AR/VR headsets and accessories.
• Build trust with customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable Meta products.
• Maintain clean and organized displays of Meta products to effectively showcase promotions.
• Collaborate with retail sales associates and leaders to foster a positive work environment.
• Track customer interactions and sales electronically, submitting daily reports using a mobile device.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets to contribute to team success.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing preferred.
• Strong interest in AV and VR products is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to engage customers and confidently ask for sales.
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.
