About the position

The part-time seasonal Brand Ambassador role at Meta involves engaging with retail shoppers to recommend and demonstrate Meta's AR and VR products. The role requires working primarily on weekends, with additional shifts during the holiday season, and includes comprehensive training provided by the company.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and demonstrate Meta's AR/VR products.
• Build trust by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
• Maintain clean and organized Meta displays to showcase devices and promotions.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team success.
• Collaborate with retail sales associates and leaders to foster a positive work environment.
• Track customer interactions and sales electronically using a mobile device.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing preferred.
• Interest in AV and VR products is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, pick up, bend, and grab approximately 20 lbs occasionally.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in customer service or retail sales.
