Join 2020 Companies as a part-time seasonal Brand Ambassador for Meta, where you will play a crucial role in connecting customers with the latest in AR and VR technology. As a Brand Ambassador, you will work primarily on weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays, from May 27, 2024, to January 5, 2025, with additional shifts available during the busy holiday season in November and December. Your primary responsibility will be to assist retail shoppers in discovering and understanding Meta's innovative products, ensuring they have an interactive and informative shopping experience. You will receive comprehensive training on the products, allowing you to confidently recommend the best options to meet customer needs. In this dynamic role, you will engage customers by showcasing Meta's latest gadgets, including AR/VR headsets and accessories. Your ability to build trust and rapport with customers will be essential in driving sales and meeting monthly targets. You will represent both Meta and 2020 Companies with professionalism, fostering positive relationships with customers and store staff alike. Maintaining the visual appeal of Meta displays and ensuring they are clean and organized will also be part of your responsibilities. You will be expected to track customer interactions and sales electronically, submitting daily reports using your mobile device. Responsibilities

• Engage customers and demonstrate Meta's latest products, including AR/VR headsets and accessories.
• Build trust with customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable Meta products.
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing Meta displays in the retail environment.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the team's overall success.
• Track customer interactions and sales electronically, submitting daily reports using a mobile device.
• Collaborate with retail sales associates and leaders to create a positive work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing preferred.
• Interest in AV and VR products is a plus.
• Ability to engage customers, demonstrate products, and ask for the sale.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Availability to work weekends and three one-time weekday shifts required.
• Own a smartphone and have reliable transportation.
