• Comfortable with tools like measuring tapes, saws, screw guns, and other construction equipment.
• Ability to work well in a team setting and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks such as stick welding, framing, trimming, and sheeting for metal building construction.
• Work independently with little to no supervision to meet project goals.
• Ensure the highest quality of craftsmanship while adhering to safety and building codes.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of construction practices and job site protocols.
• Assist in measuring, cutting, framing, and other construction tasks as directed.
• Operate hand tools such as screw guns and other essential construction equipment.
