About The Position
The position involves reading water meters, rechecking readings, and reporting any issues related to broken meters, meter lids, meter boxes, and straits. The incumbent will be responsible for billing customers based on meter readings and will need to report water leaks and the need for new meter boxes when necessary. The role also includes completing related work orders and performing specialized technical tasks associated with reading meters. Additionally, the employee must maintain equipment and vehicles in good working condition and provide backup support to other staff members. Other related duties may be assigned as needed.
