Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic mechanical reasoning skills
• Basic reading (comprehension) and math skills (counting, addition, and subtraction)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and readily adapt to change
• Positive, approachable demeanor
• Effective oral/written communication skills
• Active listening skills
• Effective problem-solving ability
• Highly self-motivated, with ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Must demonstrate reliable, punctual attendance

Responsibilities

• Perform required tasks and duties as determined by team composition and crewing needs.
• Maintain timely progress through assigned operational training.

• Perform all jobs safely, efficiently, and accurately to improve plant performance in Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR), and Customer 1st strategy.
