About the position

The Quality Assurance Manager at Technology Service Corporation (TSC) is responsible for developing and leading a culture of quality within the organization. This role involves overseeing the management of quality control and inspection processes, ensuring compliance with AS9100D standards, and implementing effective quality systems. The position supports the Airborne Solutions and ISR Division and requires collaboration with various departments to resolve quality issues and maintain high standards for products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a culture of quality.
• Manage day-to-day supervision of quality control and inspection.
• Oversee the development and implementation of AS9100D standards, methods, and procedures.
• Implement a quality system ensuring compliance with contractual, corporate, and governmental requirements.
• Oversee inspection and testing of software, hardware, materials, parts, and products.
• Set standards for product attributes and verify compliance.
• Champion system audits including AS9100D, customer, and internal audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or other technical field of study.
• 5-7 years of experience in quality management.
• Experience leading an organization through AS9100D certification or re-certification.
• Ability to work with engineering, customer service, supply chain, and quality teams to resolve issues.
• Understanding of technical documents including drawings and specifications.
• Experience in data analysis and writing Quality Management System (QMS) procedures.
