Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and lead all business operations at the Profit Center.
• Achieve sales, gross profit, and profit-sharing goals through team management.
• Determine targeted customer account potential and establish sales goals.
• Analyze financial reports to implement strategies for increasing sales and margins.
• Ensure the Profit Center meets or exceeds customer service expectations.
• Build relationships in the community to understand the marketplace and identify new markets.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 3+ years wholesale distribution experience.
• Minimum 2+ years in management, wholesale distribution, or sales management preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Product knowledge related to the specific Profit Center market preferred.
• A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company criteria.
