About the position

The Manager, Asset Management is a pivotal role within the organization, primarily focused on overseeing tax equity transactions related to renewable energy investments. This position entails managing funded investments, which includes handling various administrative tasks such as consents, ownership transfers, budget reviews, and contract modifications. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing distributions and ensuring that all financial aspects of the investments are meticulously handled. In addition to the administrative responsibilities, the Manager will be tasked with fostering and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, investors, and other parties involved in the tax equity investment process. This relationship management is essential for the smooth operation of ongoing projects and for the successful execution of new investments. The role also requires the preparation of comprehensive presentations, reports, and analyses concerning current tax equity assets. This includes conducting performance and variance analyses to assess the effectiveness of investments and to identify any financial impacts stemming from business strategies. Furthermore, the Manager will assist in conducting due diligence on potential acquisition targets, ensuring that all investment opportunities are thoroughly vetted before proceeding.

Responsibilities
