About the position

As a Billing Solutions Manager at Spectrum, you will lead a team of billing solution analysts responsible for designing and configuring billing solutions for the Spectrum mobile product. This role involves collaborating with various teams across the organization to ensure high-quality delivery of billing services, actively participating in the software development life cycle, and addressing solution gaps to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of billing solution analysts.
  • Design and configure billing solutions for the Spectrum mobile product.
  • Participate in business grooming, technical grooming, and solution definition during the software development life cycle.
  • Conduct defect reviews and solution gap analysis.
  • Work closely with operations teams to address identified solution gaps.
  • Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, IT development teams, and customer-facing teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Billing Solution Design.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Working knowledge of Process Management.
  • Ability to define key performance indicators/metrics and deliver data-driven presentations.
  • Supervisory and motivational skills to lead a team.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Amdocs.
  • Previous management or leadership experience.
