About the position

As a Billing Solutions Manager at Spectrum, you will lead a team of analysts and developers focused on the Online Digital Catalog system. Your role involves managing system processes, ensuring compliance with audit requirements, and coordinating project launches across various teams. You will leverage your expertise in billing solutions to improve business processes and deliver high-quality results that enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Online Digital Catalog system analysts/developers.
• Develop and maintain system processes and automation.
• Recommend changes to policies and establish organizational procedures.
• Coordinate project launches with teams dependent on the catalog.
• Advise on methods to improve business processes and billing-related changes.
• Manage Business Request Forms (BRFs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and Digital Marketing Intakes (DMI).
• Ensure compliance with all audit requirements.
• Meet business needs by completing assigned projects on time with high-quality results.
• Work closely with the support team to implement configuration changes to the Online Digital Catalog.
• Research and resolve requests from end users.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Billing Solution Design.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of Process Management.
• Ability to define key performance indicators/metrics and analyze data.
• Ability to document and deliver data-driven presentations.
• Supervisory and motivational skills.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with peers and project members.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop risk elimination or mitigation plans.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with CSG/ICOMS/Amdocs/Siebel.
• Product Catalog experience.
• Management or leadership experience.
• Project Management experience/knowledge.
