About the position

Elbit America's Precision Combat Systems (PCS) division is actively seeking a Manager of Business Development. This role is pivotal in driving business development activities within the PCS division, focusing on customer engagement, requirements shaping, and the development of product and technology roadmaps. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of relevant experience in the fields of Radio Frequency (RF), terminal phase munitions, and multi-mode seeker systems. This position requires interfacing across air, land, and naval services, representing a diverse portfolio of PCS technologies. The Manager of Business Development will be responsible for leading the development of a strategic roadmap that spans five years, aimed at supporting new business initiatives. This includes making recommendations and formulating action plans to position Elbit Systems favorably for future procurements and programs. The role also involves identifying and leading partnership opportunities with Prime Contractors and Department of Defense (DoD) commands and labs for the development and integration of Elbit Systems' advanced seeker technologies. In addition, the successful candidate will assess emerging technological areas, ensuring that Elbit America is involved early in the process by establishing personal relationships with various DoD agencies and labs. The role requires a thorough assessment of annual service budgets and long-range plans to recommend key areas for targeting that align with Elbit Systems' long-range roadmap. The Manager will also collaborate with Field Marketing colleagues to build relationships with DoD acquisition offices and service staff, while maintaining direct relationships with key industry and government customers. This position demands the ability to navigate complex problems in a culturally diverse international environment, championing Go/No-Go assessments and campaign plans for strategically important platform-level solutions. Continuous assessment of current and emerging capabilities against customer requirements is also a critical aspect of this role.
