Building relationships with senior-level individuals at prospective firms is essential, as is the ability to create and present content that showcases the wide range of products and services offered by CME Group. The manager will leverage various data sources, including Info Source and Tableau, to analyze performance against key metrics and report findings to stakeholders. Additionally, the CD&S Manager will participate in educational efforts aimed at both customers and colleagues, providing valuable insights into market-building strategies. This position will manage a portfolio of assigned Target, Growth, and Key accounts, working collaboratively with resources across the enterprise to resolve any support issues that may arise. The role requires a proactive approach to client management and a deep understanding of the derivatives market, including futures, options, and swaps, as well as the operational models of prime services at both bank and non-bank entities.
