About the position

This position is responsible for managing one or more operational areas in Subscriber Services at HCSC. The role involves overseeing production teams that handle data entry, eligibility determination, and interactions with state regulator systems related to provider independent disputes. Ensuring compliance with state laws and regulations, improving processes, and providing reports to senior leaders and clients are key aspects of this role.

Responsibilities

• Manage production teams responsible for data entry and eligibility determination.
• Ensure compliance with state laws and regulations regarding operations.
• Establish and improve operational processes.
• Provide reports to senior leaders and specific clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of business experience.
• 4 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and organizational skills.
• PC proficiency including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Lotus Notes.

Nice-to-haves

• Production management control experience and knowledge of automated and manual systems.
• Budget experience.
• Knowledge of the health care industry.
• Knowledge of contract benefits, claim processing, and inquiry procedures.
