About the position

The IT Project Manager is responsible for facilitating the planning and execution of IT application, infrastructure, and security projects. This role involves creating and maintaining project plans, task lists, and status reports, while ensuring that project goals are met and that quality standards are upheld. The IT Project Manager serves as a liaison among various teams, conducts project reviews, and focuses on continuous improvement to enhance project outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the final outcomes of a project meet the expected requirements.
  • Focus on the processes teams use to maintain standards and produce quality deliverables.
  • Implement QA standards throughout a project to increase efficiency.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering project outcomes without errors or defects.
  • Boost team morale by clarifying QA standards for each project phase.
  • Make continuous improvements to processes to ensure quality standards.
  • Notify appropriate managers of concerns regarding responsible gaming and alcohol service.
  • Reinforce the Company's Mission and Values through actions and behaviors.
  • Notify managers or the Ethics Hotline of any illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree in Information Technology Field or equivalent work experience is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree is desired.
  • Experience with hospitality customer technologies such as Agilysys, Light and Wonder, Micros, NRT is preferred.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional and cross-team environment as the primary point of contact for multiple business partners.
  • Successful IT management experience from use case development to final delivery, including project timelines and status reports.
  • Experience and interest in supporting innovation in processes and technology.
  • Vendor relationship management experience with ongoing performance evaluation and management.
  • Strong analysis, organization, communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
