About the position

This position is responsible for overseeing the marketing solutions team and digital initiatives at Dearborn Group. The role involves creating and delivering comprehensive marketing plans, developing the overall marketing strategy, and enhancing the customer experience journey. The individual will coach and develop the team on the latest digital trends while ensuring alignment with departmental strategies through collaboration with various leaders. Additionally, the position requires measuring the success of marketing initiatives through the implementation of metrics and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the marketing solutions team and digital initiatives.
• Create and deliver marketing plans for Dearborn Group.
• Develop and deploy the overall marketing strategy.
• Lead and refine the customer experience journey.
• Coach and develop the team on up-to-date digital trends.
• Ensure alignment to strategy via cross-functional collaboration with departmental leaders.
• Determine measurable success of marketing plans by creating, implementing, measuring, and reporting on metrics/KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, Writing, Marketing, Communications, Business, or Graphic Design.
• 5 years of experience in communications.
• 9 years of experience in writing, marketing, and communication activities.
• 1 year of management or leadership experience.
• Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• PC proficiency including MS O365.
• Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Experience collaborating across functional groups.
• Detail-oriented.
• Web and social media experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high workload environment.
• Experience interfacing with senior management.
