Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and builds trust within assigned areas.
• Develops partnerships and coordinates services with internal and external stakeholders.
• Leads the operations and management of workflow processes within assigned areas.
• Oversees multiple interdependent projects and provides regular updates to leadership.
• Collaborates with business units to maintain awareness of outcomes and changes.
• May lead task forces, committees, or councils to coordinate activities for the organization.
• Manages contractual relationships with partners including Behavioral Health and Transport.
• Supports the budgeting process for productivity and fiscal budget for assigned areas.
• Maintains awareness of financial progress and implements corrective actions if needed.
• Supports clinical outcomes and improvement projects, upholding regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in healthcare management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of financial analysis, strategic planning, operations, human resources, and IT.
• Ability to collect and analyze data to develop short- and long-term goals.
• Ability to work independently and motivate staff.
