Spectrum Safety Solutions is seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth, manage key accounts, and develop new business opportunities within the oil, gas, and energy sectors. This role is crucial for strengthening our market presence and increasing sales of Fire and Gas Detection systems in the North Texas region. The ideal candidate will leverage key industry relationships, identify new business opportunities, and enhance our service offerings. This position requires a deep understanding of our products and the market, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to work effectively within a highly technical and competitive environment. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy for the region, utilizing demo kits for product demonstrations, and conducting extensive visits to EPCs, end users, and partners. Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in corporations, EPCs, and engineering offices is essential. The successful candidate will achieve sales targets and grow market share in the region while providing technical expertise and support during the sales process. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction is also a key aspect of this role. Regular reporting and business reviews will be required to track progress and strategize for future growth. This opportunity is for a Regional Sales Manager covering West Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas, ideally based out of Midland/Odessa, Texas, but can also be based out of Oklahoma City or Tulsa.
