Responsibilities
- In conjunction with Director, responsible for the operational management and strategic planning of the Pharmacy Department.
- Has 24/7 accountability and responsibility for assigned area(s) of responsibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
- Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (Pharm.D.) preferred
- 5 years of professional experience that demonstrates a progressive leadership background
- Master's Degree preferred

- Software skills using MS office, proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel, some knowledge of MS Access
- Pyxis experience with knowledge of Pyxis Reports (i.e., optimization, load/unload, nursing narcotic access, etc.)
- Some travel may be required
- Ability to evaluate publications, studies, clinical research and clinical data collection and apply it to day-to-day clinical programs for the facility
