About the position

The Mgr Programs 3 position at HII-Mission Technologies involves overseeing large DoD programs focused on tactical communications architecture and IT enterprise modernization. The role is critical for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specifications, while developing and delivering advanced technologies to protect national security.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all aspects of a large DoD program focused on tactical communications architecture and IT enterprise modernization.
• Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules.
• Identify program problems and obtain solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.
• Direct the work of employees including management level assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing, and administrative areas.

Requirements

• 8 years relevant progressive experience with a Bachelor's in a related field; 6 years relevant progressive experience with a Master's in a related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 12 years relevant progressive experience.
• Familiarity with Model Based System Engineering (MBSE), Analysis of Alternatives (AoA), Business Case Analysis (BCA), Machine Learning (ML), Internet of Things (IoT), Zero-trust architecture (ZTA), and Enterprise Architecture (EA).
• Active TS/SCI Clearance.
