Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain overall policies and operations of the revenue cycle functions.
• Oversee daily operations, planning, goal setting, and performance management of revenue cycle processes.
• Direct oversight of claim submission, denial review, and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with operations, clinical, credentialing, legal, accounting, strategy, analytics, and infrastructure teams.
• Supervise assigned staff and oversee applicable third-party vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 7-10 years of relatable job experience in audit, program design/implementation, and change management.
• Progressive employment in a related field dealing with revenue management concepts.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to determine key business issues and develop action plans from multidisciplinary perspectives.
