The Sales Manager is part of the staff leadership team. The key objective of this position is to grow organically, and new sales for the business. This position involves strategic planning, team leadership and development of sales strategies that align with the company's goals. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of bookings, and partnering with VP, Business Development, and Director of Finance on strategic growth; furthermore, this position is responsible for promoting MRO services, marketing aftersales services and products, achieving annual bookings and new business targets, adaptation, and usage of Sales Force. This role will also be accountable and responsible for our Marketing, Estimating, and Contracts departments.
