About the position

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the microbiology laboratory.

Requirements

• PhD in Microbiology or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Strong knowledge of CLIA regulations and laboratory accreditation processes.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with molecular diagnostics.
• Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
• Certification as a Clinical Laboratory Director.
