The Microbiology Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all laboratory operations and personnel within the Microbiology Laboratory section. Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all lab operations and personnel in the Microbiology Laboratory section.
- Provide technical supervision and scientific oversight for microbiology testing.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory standards and regulations.
- Maintain accessibility to the laboratory for support and guidance, either on-site or via telephone.
- Foster a healing environment for employees and patients, aligned with the organization's healthcare philosophy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in the Sciences with Medical Technology training.
- Four years of relevant experience in high complexity testing of Microbiology.
- Specialist in Microbiology (SM ASCP) certification is strongly preferred.
