Responsibilities

  • Build a deep understanding of the advantages, requirements, and features of our proprietary manufacturing technology.
  • Act as an expert resource for customers developing novel microfluidic devices.
  • Work side by side with the sales team to engage new customers.
  • Deliver compelling presentations that demonstrate differentiated value to qualified leads.
  • Review designs for compatibility with our manufacturing process and provide feedback to potential customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends in microfluidics and digital manufacturing.
  • Collect and analyze customer needs to inform future product development.
  • Help marketing create useful content for microfluidic technology developers.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Technical expertise in microfluidics and manufacturing.
  • CAD expertise in Solidworks, Fusion360, or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and dynamically in a fast-paced environment.
