As a Senior Manager in Technology Consulting, you will partner with clients to architect and implement Microsoft technologies, manage risks, and develop strategies to solve complex business problems. This role involves fostering relationships with clients, mentoring teams, and overseeing project work plans, particularly focusing on Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance applications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to architect and implement Microsoft technologies.
• Identify and manage risks associated with technology implementations.
• Develop strategies to solve complex business problems using innovative approaches.
• Foster lasting relationships with client personnel through quality product delivery.
• Mentor and provide performance development to teams overseeing project work plans.
• Participate in the preparation of client proposals and strategies to win new business.
• Identify opportunities to integrate product solutions to improve client service capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MIS, Engineering, Computer Science).
• 8+ years of experience in architecture and implementation of Microsoft 365 Security and Modern Work technologies.
• Strong expertise with the Microsoft 365 suite from a technical administration standpoint.
• Experience architecting and implementing Microsoft Purview across collaboration tools like SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft technologies such as Entra, PowerShell, Azure, and Microsoft Graph.
• Leadership and direct supervisory experience, including conducting performance appraisals and mentoring.

Nice-to-haves

• Professional Certification such as Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert or similar.
• Experience with GCC and GCCH environments is desired but not required.
• Interest in project management and team leadership.
