About the position

We are looking for an engineer to implement Microsoft 365, including Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Security, Identity (Entra ID with on-premises AD integration), Exchange, Teams, and Generative AI (Copilot). The role involves collaborating with Solutions Architects and Senior Engineers in installing, configuring, and deploying Microsoft 365 technologies.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions: Microsoft Intune (including Windows Autopilot, BitLocker, and Windows Update Rings), Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Identity (Entra ID, and Entra ID integrations), Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online.
• Provide guidance to new and existing clients on best practices.
• Deploy Microsoft 365 solutions using both Microsoft’s and All Lines Technologies best practices.
• Responsible for assessing and identifying customer needs and creating custom solutions for their Microsoft 365 environment.
• Document system configurations, standards, and procedures.
• Assist delivery team on project tasks.
• Assist in managing ALT Microsoft 365 managed services for our new and existing clients.
• Assist the ALT imaging desk with Windows Autopilot Pre-provisioning tasks when required.
• Collaborate with other project team members and take ownership of the solutions/projects.
• Stay current on all things Microsoft 365, including changes & updates, roadmap & releases, and third-party solutions.
• Keep up with professional development assignments in Microsoft 365 technologies.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent work experience (preferred).
• 1+ years of experience in Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions.
• Experience managing and supporting Microsoft 365 services in an enterprise environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Microsoft 365 Associate certification track (Endpoint Administrator Associate, Messaging Administrator Associate, Teams Administrator Associate, Identity and Access Administrator Associate, or Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate) is a plus.
