About the position

The Microsoft D365 ERP (F&O) Functional Lead, Manager at Price Waterhouse Coopers is responsible for leading the implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions, particularly in Finance and Operations. This role involves working closely with clients to analyze their business needs, develop functional specifications, and ensure successful project execution. The position emphasizes leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to coach team members while driving technology transformation across various business functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 ERP Finance and project accounting modules.
• Conduct business analysis and requirement gathering workshops.
• Perform As-Is and To-Be process analysis and convert requirements into functional specifications.
• Produce Business Requirements Document and Functional Requirement Document.
• Conduct Joint Application Design workshops for solution design.
• Prepare business test cases and system test plans.
• Configure and set up D365 F&O according to business processes and requirements.
• Conduct user training and manage different system test cycles.
• Design integrations with third-party systems and provide post-go-live support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Dynamics 365 F&O implementation.
• Extensive knowledge of the implementation lifecycle of Dynamics 365 F&O; Finance.
• Experience in conducting business analysis and process mapping sessions.
• Ability to gather requirements and perform gap-fit analysis.

Nice-to-haves

• Certification in Dynamics AX / 365 F&O Finance, Project Accounting, Cost Accounting.
• Experience with Microsoft LCS and Microsoft Sure Step Certification.
• Familiarity with ISVs such as SK Global and AXTension.
