About the position

The Microsoft D365 ERP (F&O) Functional Lead, Manager at PwC is responsible for leading teams to help clients transform their technology landscape using Microsoft Dynamics solutions. This role involves managing complex business issues from strategy to execution, ensuring effective team collaboration, and developing innovative solutions that align with PwC's value proposition of being strategy-led and technology-enabled.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a related role.
• Extensive knowledge of the implementation lifecycle of Dynamics 365 F&O; Finance.
• Experience conducting business analysis/requirement gathering workshops and Process Mapping Sessions.
• Ability to gather requirements and perform As-Is and To-Be process analysis.
• Experience converting requirements to functional specs and functional design documents.

Nice-to-haves

• Certification in Dynamics AX / 365 F&O Finance, Project Accounting, Cost Accounting.
• Experience producing Business Requirements Document/Functional Requirement Document (FRD).
• Experience performing Gap-fit analysis and producing Gap-fit documents.
• Experience producing Functional Design Document (FDD).
• Experience conducting Joint application design workshops for acceptable solution design.
• Experience preparing Business test cases and System test plans.
• Experience configuring and setting up D365 F&O as per business process/requirement.
• Experience conducting user training and different system test cycles.
• Experience designing integration with 3rd party systems.
• Experience facilitating the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 ERP Finance and project accounting modules.
