About the position

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Specialist at Enstall is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting D365 F&O modules to enhance supply chain and operations processes. This role requires a strong understanding of D365 technologies and supply chain management, with a focus on automating critical business processes across various companies in the US region. The specialist will work closely with global teams to ensure effective adoption and utilization of D365 F&O solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with stakeholders to propose solutions for business process improvement.
  • Translate opportunities into technical and functional designs for D365 F&O and Power Platform.
  • Configure approved solutions in D365 F&O and Power Platform.
  • Build and maintain EDI and API connections with D365 F&O and Power Platform.
  • Ensure stability of D365 by managing change requests and configurations.
  • Collaborate with peers and other F&O specialists to share knowledge and discuss improvements.
  • Ensure successful project delivery through collaboration with project managers and IT specialists.
  • Provide guidance and support to end users during implementation and post-implementation phases.
  • Write and conduct test scripts to ensure system functionality.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system issues in collaboration with the technical team.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and functionalities in D365 F&O.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 products.
  • Proven track record of developing, deploying, and maintaining Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail for troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 10% of the time.
