As a Microsoft Dynamics D365 Certified Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of retail point-of-sale (POS) systems and warehouse hardware. This position requires a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in the areas of retail and warehousing systems. You will be responsible for assisting in the implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of our D365 Commerce System. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining hardware and software components, providing technical support to clients, and contributing to a dynamic team environment. You will also provide user support, monitor system performance, and implement performance tuning strategies. Your responsibilities will extend to integration and data management, ensuring data accuracy and consistency, and developing custom APIs and web services using Microsoft technologies. Additionally, you will implement and manage security policies to protect data integrity and administer user roles and permissions in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
