About the position

The Microsoft/Inquoto Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales of Microsoft services and Inquota services, focusing on consultative sales and business development. This role involves owning the business plan, managing financial targets, and expanding the client base while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The specialist will leverage their knowledge of Microsoft data and AI technologies to identify sales opportunities and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Sell Microsoft services and Inquota services, including technologies like MS Fabric, Synapse, ADB, ADF, PowerBI, Data Lake, and GenAI.
  • Own the business plan, including financial targets, proposal submissions, and revenue pipeline management.
  • Conduct overall business planning and forecasting.
  • Drive the full sales cycle, expanding business with existing clients and acquiring new clients.
  • Proactively identify sales opportunities based on client strategic priorities.
  • Engage with a wide range of decision influencers with confidence and credibility.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of specific industries and how Polestar solutions can address client business issues.
  • Negotiate effectively with senior clients, linking the value of solutions to client needs.

Requirements

  • 4 to 10 years of relevant experience in sales.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft services and data/AI technologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft Service Sales and Inquota Sales tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong client-facing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability in consultative selling and building case studies.
  • Ability to speak at external forums and represent the company.
  • Strong collaboration and networking skills.
