Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) is seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer III to join our innovative team. This position is pivotal in developing applications that enhance collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing across various teams within the university. As a Power Platform Developer, you will report directly to the Director of Enterprise Applications and will be responsible for analyzing, developing, troubleshooting, supporting, and documenting solutions tailored to meet the needs of SNHU. You will utilize tools such as PowerApps, Power Automate, and SharePoint to design and implement secure end-to-end solutions. This role allows for 100% remote work, provided you reside in one of the approved states. In this role, you will gather partner requirements and analyze functional needs to recommend and design effective Power Platform solutions. You will advise business departments on automating their processes and develop inter-system data integrations while ensuring the highest levels of data security. Additionally, you will lead development efforts on products or product features, manage or co-own products, and develop auditing processes to identify opportunities for improvements and remedy bugs. Your responsibilities will also include providing accurate estimates on project tasks, supporting project planning and execution using established methodologies such as Agile/Scrum, and participating in all Agile ceremonies. As a subject matter expert, you will stay current on Power Platform features and updates, lead peer technical documentation and code reviews, and mentor other developers. You will create business process and technical documentation tailored for various audiences, ensuring clear communication around issues and opportunities across organizational boundaries. This role is essential in maintaining the quality and standards of development best practices while enhancing application performance and functionality.
