About the position
As a Microsoft Power Platform Developer, you will play a crucial role in harnessing the advanced features of the Microsoft 365 platform to build innovative solutions for our clients. Your primary focus will be on developing applications, automating workflows, and creating insightful dashboards using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. You will also gain a deep understanding of how SharePoint, Teams, and various data sources interact with the Power Platform suite, enabling you to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client needs. In this position, you will consult with clients to assist them in understanding and effectively utilizing these technologies. Your role will require you to apply agile management principles and operate within our unique delivery framework, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively. Collaboration is key; you will work closely with your teammates to share ideas, surface issues, and overcome any roadblocks that may arise during the development process. We are looking for someone who is not only technically proficient but also possesses strong communication skills. You will be expected to convey complex technical concepts clearly and compellingly through various channels, including video calls, emails, and chats. Responsibilities
- Harness advanced features of the Microsoft 365 platform to build solutions for Clients.
- Develop in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to craft apps, flows, and dashboards.
- Learn how SharePoint, Teams, code, and data interact with the Power Platform suite.
- Consult with Clients who need assistance understanding and using these technologies.
- Understand agile management principles and operate within our unique delivery framework.
- Work with teammates to share ideas, surface issues, and overcome roadblocks.
Requirements
- 2+ years developing Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
- 2+ years performing process improvement analysis or business consulting.
- 2+ years administrating SharePoint Sites or Site Collections.
- Be an effective, efficient, and compelling communicator on video, phone, emails, and chats.
- Desire to grow technical skills in a new and evolving technical area.
Nice-to-haves
- Ability to develop Azure logic apps and functions.
- Exposure to Dynamics 365, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint On-Premises, Azure, and PowerShell.
- Knowledge of SOA/web/REST services design and programming (C#, ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, JSON, HTML, or CSS).
- Experience installing and configuring data gateways.
- Comfort presenting in front of small or large audiences.
- Microsoft 365 certifications - especially those related to Power Platform.
