di Domenico + Partners, LLP is seeking a Mid-Level Architect with 5-8+ years of experience in project design. The role encompasses all phases of design, including Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture and preferably hold licensure in New York State. This position requires a strong background in project design and the ability to effectively coordinate the work of a multi-disciplinary consultant and contractor team. Knowledge of building codes is essential, along with good technical skills applicable at all scales of design. The firm values creativity, versatility, and flexibility in its team members. Candidates should demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks. Proficiency in AutoCAD 2020 or later is required, and experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a plus. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Bluebeam, and graphic/design software, including the Adobe Creative Suite, is also necessary. A background in Construction Administration or Management is preferred, as is experience and interest in sustainable design/documentation and LEED, with applicable accreditations being strongly encouraged.
