Responsibilities

• Design and renovate higher educational facilities, research laboratories, and healthcare facilities.
• Collaborate with team members on various projects, ensuring design integrity and adherence to deadlines.
• Prepare and manage contract documents, including detailing and specifications.
• Engage in space programming and contract administration activities.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and team members to convey design concepts and project updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree.
• At least four years of post-graduate professional experience in an architectural firm.
• Experience in university, healthcare, or laboratory design and renovation.
• Proficiency in Revit and other design software.
• Strong design and graphics skills.
• Knowledge of space programming and contract documents.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
