You will also be responsible for brake repairs, fluid exchanges and flushes, wheel alignments, and tire installations. Excellent guest service is a key component of this role, which includes providing clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles. You will document all work performed on the repair order and report any safety issues immediately to management. Promoting teamwork to deliver timely and accurate guest care during all operating hours is essential, as is maintaining strict adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation. This role may require performing a variety of manual tasks for extended periods, including light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.
