About the position

The Mid-Level ERP Functional Analyst (HR or Finance or Payroll or Budget) at CGI Group, Inc. is a full-time role focused on supporting government clients in implementing ERP solutions. This position is primarily functional (75%) with some technical aspects (25%) and involves collaboration in a modern agile environment. The analyst will leverage their expertise in ERP systems to enhance client operations and ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Leading sessions to analyze business requirements to determine functional solutions.
• Planning and managing resources to create functional design documents and other functional project deliverables.
• Planning and leading fit gap analysis of current processes to future designed processes.
• Developing business concepts/designs for functionality to support client's business requirements.
• Resolving functional issues and providing functional support to the project team.
• Designing and testing reports and analytics to support client Business Intelligence requirements.
• Collaborating with clients independently to prepare participants for meeting sessions and to answer questions regarding their business functions.

Requirements

• 2-4 years implementing ERP systems such as SAP, Workday, PeopleSoft, or Advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Agile certification, such as SAFe certification, with related agile implementation experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with System Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to work under deadline pressure and adapt to changing project environments.

• Experience with User Centered Design would be useful.
