About the position

C & G Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) Financial Analyst to provide analysis and execution support for GFE requirements. This role involves preparing funding documents, maintaining execution reports, and coordinating financial reconciliation efforts. The analyst will also contribute to briefings and reports, assisting in the preparation of budget exhibits related to GFE items.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and track funding documents.
• Maintain execution reports and perform financial reconciliation.
• Coordinate and track 7300 forms and Obligation Phasing Plans (OPP) from Participating Acquisition Resource Managers (PARM).
• Provide GFE financial input for briefings and reports.
• Assist in the analysis and preparation of supporting justification material for budget exhibits related to GFE items.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Management or related discipline preferred.
• 7 or more years of professional experience in the Business/Financial management field.
• 7 or more years of DoD/DoN experience, specifically in NAVSEA shipbuilding financial management, particularly related to shipbuilding GFE financial management preferred.
• Experience in fund execution and management in ERP systems.
• Knowledge of budget cycle development and familiarity with GFE processes and PARM management preferred.
