About the position

E-J Electric Installation Co. is seeking a Mid-Level Graphic Designer who will collaborate with the proposal and marketing team to create compelling proposals and marketing materials. This role is crucial for helping the company win new business by delivering high-quality digital and print designs, maintaining brand consistency, and developing impactful visuals for various media.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver high-quality digital and print designs, including proposal layouts and graphics, website graphics, in-office materials, advertisements, email marketing visuals, and presentations.
• Work closely with the marketing team to adapt and maintain brand guidelines across all materials, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand identity.
• Partner with proposal and marketing teams to brainstorm and develop impactful visuals for campaigns and events.
• Prepare final files for production, ensuring they are high-quality and meet technical specifications for various media.
• Incorporate feedback from internal teams to refine designs, balancing creative integrity with project goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years experience in writing and managing proposals or sales/marketing communications.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is required.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to work on tight deadlines.
• Must be proactive, organized, and resourceful, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for working closely with the proposal and marketing team.
• Ability to interpret briefs and deliver creative solutions aligned with project goals.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Four-year business or technical degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in the construction and/or engineering industry with a similar high-volume environment.
