We are currently seeking a mid-level graphic designer to join our passionate creative team. This role is essential in helping us share our story through innovative design. As a mid-level designer, you will be part of a collaborative process that requires both leadership and support. You will contribute ideas and assist teammates in bringing those ideas to fruition. Strong production skills are essential, as you will be responsible for preparing files and communicating effectively with vendors. A solid foundation in typography and composition is crucial for this role, along with creativity and a desire to tackle challenges head-on. Additionally, writing skills and photography experience will be beneficial in enhancing your contributions to the team. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting the Creative Director and Marketing Director in conceptualizing and executing marketing campaigns, developing assets for various marketing needs, and supporting the brand through packaging and signage design. You will also assist in the planning and logistics of photoshoots, ensuring that all creative efforts align with our brand's vision and goals. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Wilton, Maine, and candidates must be willing to commute or relocate.
