About the position

The Mid-Level Graphic Designer at Advanced Systems Group, LLC is responsible for creating and developing custom branded assets for various media projects, including livestreams and marketing efforts. This role requires a creative individual with a strong design background who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality graphics and animations. The position is fully on-site and emphasizes the importance of adhering to brand guidelines while delivering engaging design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute engaging, impactful and unique design solutions utilizing brand assets and identity guidelines.
• Design, develop and create animated 2D and 3D images from scratch.
• Create motion graphics, including lower thirds, locators, composited elements, and end tags.
• Design graphic layouts and animations for various digital video and social media platforms.
• Create and composite images and effects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, copywriters, and videographers from ideation to execution.
• Articulate creative vision and design rationale to team members.
• Work with Creative Director, Director, and Producers to design style frames, build storyboards, and animate video graphics.
• Collaborate with project managers to update project status and review client feedback.
• Maintain organized project assets.

Requirements

• 5-7 years related experience in graphic design and animation.
• Expertise in Adobe Suite, Figma, and Airtable.
• Knowledge of post production and live TV processes.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of motion/graphic and design best practices for online platforms.
• Ability to work on tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong self-initiative.

Benefits

• Compensation range of $45-$60/hour.
